In the current situation, the owner is considering selling Haus Nobis. However, the residents and dedicated people have decided to form an association together to ensure that this unique property is not turned into a hotel or similar. Their goal is to create a place for culture and community that will be preserved for the region and give something back to the people.

An important initiator of this project is Kai, who himself lives in one of the residential communities and loves Nobis House with all its facets. The future of the project remains exciting and uncertain, but one thing is certain: the idea of community comes first.
